David took the challenge of cleaning my 9th floor condo windows with enthusiasm and enormous skill. The windows looked so amazing after he finished it almost made me cry. He is personable, efficient and very reasonably priced. I’m so thrilled to have found David, he’s a rare bird who takes pride in his work, is a perfectionist and is willing to do the hard stuff.

I don’t know where to begin to write this review! David Cottingham is truly a professional, and when he completed his day of work, our windows and screens were sparkling clean. We have worked with a few window cleaners in the homes we’ve lived in throughout the years, and none of them come close to how David transformed our home! Mr. Cottingham went out of his way to make sure that all of the windows in our house were sparkling clean! His crew was hard-working, courteous and very professional! I would definitely recommend his business!!
