I bought all the windows for my house (40) from Window Classics. I purchased them over the years. I have always had great service. The windows look great. The first ones purchased (almost 15 years ago) still function as expected.
Astonishing this company can remain in business without any customer support. Refuses to honor warranty work with Weather Shield, although they're the ONLY dealer in Tampa Bay. In fact, they refuse to do any service work if they did not make the original sale. Stay clear of this company at all cost.
