I wonder how these practical jokers get 5 stars?!? Our condo building recommends Window City Inc for window replacements, and Window City lists some quality manufacturers on their site, so I really made an effort to get a quote to replace 4 windows. There is a contact form on Window City web site, I filled it inout – no response... not really surprising. Called sales number –they respond they don't work with our building – huh, strange, given the the specific recommendation from the building. Tried calling couple more times ... read more
