They installed our windows 5 years ago. They worked quickly and were clean, and offered a great price. The windows are still wonderful 5 years later. We have had no issues at all. They did not break during the hail storm we had. We needed a new roof and siding due to that hail storm. Dave worked with our insurance helping to push them along and had a crew out there quickly. We love our new siding! When a piece of the flashing was loose, a guy was out there to fix it within a few hours. I would gladly work with them again.

I had garbage and metal blown into my yard from the crew working on my neighbor's house. I called twice and the the crew came out to clean up at night time. More garbage and debris blew into my yard a few days later. Then my brand new car had a nail puncture the tire and then I wound up with a roof nail in my knee from knealing in my yard trying to get my cat in the house. Called again to report these issues and got a nasty attitude from the woman at the front desk saying "I guess we will have to come out AGAIN to clean clea... read more

No other way to put it except--DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY--reporting to Better Business Bureau No communication--18months later and no window...then gave our deposit back without any apology or acknowledgment of wrong doing. They simply never ordered it or explained why they held our deposit for all that time. Promises and warranties mean nothing if you have no handle or control over the manufacturer. Stuck with a house of expensive windows half of which are defective but cannot be fixed because "manufacturer is not doing painted windows at this time" or the past couple years apparently. Have a large picture window separating and flexing due to poor installation. Was also supposed to he fixed and never was.
