No other way to put it except--DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY--reporting to Better Business Bureau No communication--18months later and no window...then gave our deposit back without any apology or acknowledgment of wrong doing. They simply never ordered it or explained why they held our deposit for all that time. Promises and warranties mean nothing if you have no handle or control over the manufacturer. Stuck with a house of expensive windows half of which are defective but cannot be fixed because "manufacturer is not doing painted windows at this time" or the past couple years apparently. Have a large picture window separating and flexing due to poor installation. Was also supposed to he fixed and never was. Colleen does not return my phone calls anymore. They do not honor the warranty. They replaced almost all of the bad windows and then cut us off. I have 1 more bad window and she won't even talk to me. I would not do business with them.

Warrantees are not worth anything here- they will give you one and once you pay, you will never get them to honor it.
