Have a window that will not open and a split screen frame, it took the Milwaukee office nearly two years to respond to the problems. The remedy is for me to pay them to repair the issues with no guarantee they can repair the problem. Had a guarantee which means nothing they claim the Manufacture of windows is no longer in business because of covid. Go with another company these guys are shifty.

To all window replacement customers, do your homework. I wanted to replace 10 windows in my home, I received 3 quotes ranging from $11K to $16K. Then I did my homework and decided to purchase the Provia Endure windows and the quote for just the windows was $6K. Meaning I was paying over $600 or more to install each window. For me that seemed to much per window and I found a separate installer who would measure and install the windows for $250 each. Terrible upfront service. Do these people even know what they are selling ? The Sales Reps showed up with no literature on their product line, took no measurements, they had 1 window sample but we had to ask to see it and then they got upset when we ask them to come back the next week with samples and to take measurements When they came back the next week they still had no product information or samples and just left without saying anything when we told them we would not sign anything until we had more information and some... read more
