Over time and as the sun glares down on caulking, the caulking will crack. I’ve called the Window and Door Specialist as I had them come out for my patio door rollers a couple years ago. One of the worst business that I deal with in last 30 years. They are not trustworthy, I had a contract to change my windows, day before delivery date I paid full amount and next day they asked for delivery fee that was not in our contract $1500 delivery for $8000 windows they didn’t deliver my windows. We used Windows and Doors Specialist to install our garden door last year (2024), and front door this year. We are very satisfied with the quality of the works.
