Dangerous drivers cutting people off on stoney with their truck and trailer.
Great service. Always came at time agreed upon. Good communication. Custom windows received when they estimated. To be honest didn't shop around much but I think very reasonable, considering windows and doors are a fairly costly purchase (that you don't do often).
Kris and his crew put in an egress window for me. I can not say enough about the quality and professionalism of this company. I moved in to a small ish duplex and there is a room in the bsmt that my son was going to us. I was blown away by the size of the window, the finish, everything. The cost was so reasonable. Basement egress window and Window well were installed by this company but the window well doesnt drain properly so it overflows into the basemen when it rains. They said it doesn’t happen often but it happens because of clay in the ground and “good luck” was the the last word on the phone. Just do not hire this company.
We had a problem with the opener on one of the windows Kris installed. While it took some time to sort out , Kris stood by his product and I was never in any doubt that a solution would be found (a replacement window was installed free of charge). I don't usually write reviews, but I think in Calgary to find a service like that, is very special. Thanks for your help.
