I've worked with Bob multiple times setting up mortgages. He's gotten below market rates both times. He's been nothing but efficient and organized. Even got a loan done quick when I needed him to.

Bob and his Team were amazing to work with!. Being self employed I literally had a lender laugh at me when I told them I wanted to buy a 2nd home. Bob got creative. After ruling out the conventional method he was able to get me financed for the purchase of our dream FL home. Through all the bumps and hurtles he talked me off a ledge multiple times.
