Well it seems to never end with these guys. I put up with their song and dance on why they are not responsible for this or that, shelling out money out of my own pocket to fix things that were OVIOUSLY their doing (how can someone flush a toilet flange). Now a few years down the road I find I have a coil leak in my HVAC. Tech comes out runs the serial # of the unit and behold, unit was not registered in the spec home I purchased. 12/25/22: We moved in 3 years ago this week. 26 warranty items, a new door not covered under warranty ($5k to replace) within the first year and STILL dealing with plumbing issues (this is the 5th time to have to call a plumber - so far, several thousand out of pocket) on Christmas Day. I hate this house. It's too bad, too - the house is beautiful inside and out. Too many issues though to really enjoy it. Update for owner: Thanks for the reply.
