Windmill Village by the Sea is a beautiful place with oceanfront access and a boat ramp on the Indian River. My family and I having been coming here for 16 years and thoroughly enjoy it. There is so much to do if you enjoy the outdoors. There are also excellent restaurants and shopping nearby.
Location is fabulous. Lived there for almost 2 years. Across the street from the ocean, Private boat ramp, swimming pool oceanside, gazebo on the beach. We loved everything EXCEPT for the people I'm sad to say. Although we met a FEW nice people there the HOA and some of the elderly residents act more like Nazi's than your neighbors! Even though they have MANY MANY renters there the "owners" and the HOA consistently treat anyone whose a renter (especially long term/lease holding renters) less than 2nd hand citizens.
