Best park around very quiet at night nobody bothers you well park clean and 420 friendly low HOA fees compared to other places
We were fined 25$ for parking on grass once... Even tho there's a family that has three spots to park.. so they pick n choose who the rules are for. Too many rules .not all staff are polite..I've seen the manager be extremely rude to resident..
