I had a disapointing overall experiance - they did do a very small monitary compensation (or offered to return the cap with a full refund - but this was not an option due to the distance I travelled to get this cap). The only thing I will say is when the cap clearly did not fit correctly they should have approched me to discuss rather than install it crooked and sending me out the door. Awesome people, great prices, fast service and solid work. I was lucky to find a lightly used truck cap in the same colour as my truck for less than half the price as new. They had tons of service caps, so if you're a trades person definitely check here before buying new. They also build really nice sheds which we had a chance to look at while they were installing the cap. Highly recommend this business.
