Such an amazing GP clinic! The receptionists are always warm and welcoming – it’s so comforting to be greeted with a smile. The doctors and nurses are exceptionally professional and caring. Truly grateful for their incredible service.”
If I could give 1 star I would. This practice takes the cake as the worst one in Tamworth. Each time I visit I get a new doctor who hasn’t even bothered to read if I’m on medication or not. When bringing up a problem I had with one of my medications, they said to “use your imagination”, and “if you were a man we could help”. Then I called asking to move my appointment to an earlier time, and when I hung up I was repeatedly called by the receptionist. This place exemplifies the free fall in quality of medical care in Australia. Surely soon all their doctors will be dressed as clowns. What a joke.
