We have lived here 8 years and never had any trouble. It's a good mobile home park. Owners do background check on tenants before approving application to live here.

The owners are very nice and understanding of people, but they meet their standards and expectations for who they want to live in their mobile home park, which is good. In general it is a quiet, safe and clean place
