An ELS owned, age-qualified community. Residents own their unit, but not the lot. The lot rent in 2020 is $840 a month, and is increased 3-4% every year. If you can live with that, then you'll enjoy this little community. The residents are wonderful.
5 stars!!! ✴✴✴✴✴ Very quite, clean and well kept park. Management is nice and always helpful. Residents are very welcoming and friendly. Lot rent includes water, sewer, garbage, basic cable and taxes on your home. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase a home and reside here. We highly recommend Windmill Manor.
False advertising on Craigslist! Rent price included lawn maintenance, water, sewer & basic cable. Nothing was included & they added each & taxed each including rent itself! I don’t receive basic cable but get charged each month. I pay Spectrum myself. Management won’t even talk to me, have asked several times for an appointment! Office lady admitted she made false ad! Terrible management! They need to honor there advertising!
Just moved here from Maryland and we love it. I grew up In Bradenton and it has grown up alot since I left in '81.
I love this place and the people in it. I visit here several times over the winter months as my family own a place here . And if I had my way I'd live here! Nice community and the people here are great.
Had a great time listening to FINGERS on FIRE at Bob & Sandra Stewarts block party. Had a great turn out!!!!
