The receptionists are so friendly, and welcoming, and ensure they don't treat you like a number. And always go out of their way to help you. Dr Tim Shaw was incredibly knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Explaining everything in detail, the care for his patients in showing empathy is outstanding. Thank you.
I have been with them for years, can't even get into my originally doctor anymore, I have now changed practices and moved my whole family out as well as getting charged $213 for 10mins, the Doctor was just doing her own thing more the consulting me is ridiculous I was in that much pain and got no outcome only prescribed nuesea tablets.. I ended up i hospital..
We saw Dr Tim Shaw for our daughter’s 6wk appointment and he was fabulous! Reception staff and Nurses were exceptional and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. So happy we found this place.
I loved my first visit here! The staff at the front desk were some of the friendliest medical admin I think I've ever encountered and Dr Goss was absolutely lovely! So happy to have found a gp who I'm comfortable with and can voice any concerns to :)
