Everyone is very polite and friendly, scheduling was a breeze and they’re very responsive via phone, text and email. Dr. Jackson is very attentive, she thoroughly explains the process/procedure and answers my questions so that I have a clear understanding. During my procedure i was given a local anesthetic and I’m usually pretty tense during dental visits and simply hate them but her chairs are so comfortable I kept dozing off during the procedure. Thank you all for the excellent quality of care.
I waited a very long time to write this review because I needed to come to terms with the fact that Dr. Jackson left me with permanent damage to my trigeminal nerve after extracting my wisdom teeth. Initially, I was so excited when I found her. My first few visits were amazing, and for the first time, I actually loved going to the dentist! However, during my last visit, she removed the wisdom teeth on the left side of my mouth.
