I have paid $6500 for a deposit for 3 bedroom when i moved in. I was in a bad situation so I accepted run down trailer with 2 beds it was all they had. Was told when one opened i would be considered. Pay rent early or on time. Im still in Black mold and live wires behind the walls, windows and back door leaks and the bathroom was patched poorly were the light switch used to be. Roads in park are littered with massive potholes. It's like trying to play Frogger through the park just so your vehicle doesn't get wrecked. Many other residents have also complained, but nothing has been done to fix situation. Edit: Wow! Just realized that only one road through this park had the potholes fixed. The back road is nothing but massive craters. Don't speed through here, you will wreck your vehicle.
Relitives live here. Neighbor constantly blaksts music or throwing things around at night the day I was there. The potholes are terrible and you can't drive through the place at all without hitting one. Also the park manager doesn't answer the phone when calling to ask about things, as I had tried to inquire about a home but the phone only rang. Several tennents have wrote some nasty things on the mailboxes, so I recommend y'all start making your tennents happy.
