Worked for this place for over 2 years for 40+ hour a week, for under minimum wage, was fired with no notice because I can't sell the old run down homes they don't want to put any money into, buyer beware they will sell you a dream and then a month later you'll have to put $2000 into a new furnace or water heater.
I sent in my application on July 22nd, and paid the 40$ fee then and there. I had my walkthrough 1 week later to look at the different trailers, and most were beat up and in really bad condition. But they were cheap so I was hopeful as a lone applicant to get approved. Said I wanted to move in ASAP, and that I have the money on hand and I am ready.
