Highly not recommended. Dishonest company. Our building has many serious defects and we are fighting many battles in and outside of court. Save your self a lot of headache and just steer clear. Worst experience we the owners here have ever had with windmill and brocolini. You work hard for your money give it to someone who will appreciate it and give you back what you paid for. They scammed us out of pretty much everything the promised. Major defects, missing amenities all common areas that were promised such as roof terrace... read more

Great company! I interned at Windmill for 6 months to learn more about this field and I can honestly say they are the most ethical and morally responsible company i've seen. I worked mostly with the team at Cathedral Hill, and they are always putting maximum effort into creating a positive customer experience. Highly recommend Windmill if you are looking for a team that will stay with you throughout the whole process of buying a home, and follow through on any concerns or special needs you may have.
