Horrible venue. Uncomfortable setting, lying staff, venue cut corners on everything, risking the health and lives of guests. The event was for a wedding in December. First of all it was FREEZING in the indoor reception area. No heaters as shown in the photos on their website anywhere. “Complimentary” drink bark was empty and no staff cared to refill it. I am writing this review about how I had a tour set for August 3rd and got cancelled on because they had a slight cold. They did mention that August 10th was available at 2pm but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make that time due to work but asked if they can accommodate me for an earlier/later time and they responded back saying that the 10th was all booked and they can’t see me until August 17th.
