I've purchased 3 cars from Windmill over the years, my previous Honda Civic was trouble free for 6 years. I brought my car in August of 2024 when I came to wanting to get my tyres changed nearly a year on I find out that my car doesn't have a lock in wheel nut to get my tyres off and will cost me nearly an extra £200 to get new ones and take the old ones off from VW! They was the last ones to take off the wheels, also I asked them to sort out the paint job on the vehicle as well and the bits they have ‘sorted’ have started peeling off!
Awful customer service. After chasing for my tax and other documentation 6 months after purchase, only to be told it’s being dealt with and a manager will call me back but never does, despite me chasing every 3 weeks or so. I have just spoken to an incredibly rude gentlemen with no customer service skills and has made it seem as if I am at fault. Do not use.
I am so thankful to Andy and his team for our car purchase. We had a very traumatic and very bad experience from previous car dealership (Luton) and finally found Windmill Autos. Andy made the purchase very smoothly, very experienced, handed it very professionally and helped us with the whole car purchase. The good thing about this car dealership, they have their own garage next to the dealership which is so good. This should be the proper and best car dealership we’ve dealt with.
