Absolutely fantastic experience with Norman and help from Kendra. Ended up saving money on the deal while getting a great package. Norman pulled out all the stops to make sure that I got the best vehicle and additions possible. I’d totally buy from Norman again.
The truck we bought from this dealer broke down in 3 months after we bought it. The modifications that were done to the truck led to the breakdown and the dealer has not helped us. We trusted this dealer and they have done nothing to make this right. It is now May, and the vehicle broke down in September of last year.
