We have received excellent workmanship on the install. Workers had to come back a few times for some issues and did troubleshoot, even staying late hours to resolve. Our only issue was with the communication of the office on executive side as there was disconnect on workers coming to resolve and scheduling issues. This is no reflection on the installers and technicians. The customer service office and senior leaders must improve on communication with client. Going based on review of workmanship alone, they deserve 5 stars.
Carlos and his team were outstanding. When install was completed, Carlos walked my through the entire Tesla app and explained every electrical box, switch and battery location and functionality. Highly recommmend this company.

Super impressed by the team that came to install my batteries 😍 They worked super hard, very carefull with every details, they were very knowledgable , respected my property, WOW is all i have to say!! They even worked under the rain! Recommend 100%!!!
Pésimo, en servicio técnico y servicio al cliente. No envían los técnicos necesarios al hogar teniendo una placa dañada. No recomendado
