Hello I have talked to a realestate agent about a home forsale there. Can you tell some of the requirements and is this a LEASED LOT? I have seen some pictures and it is a Beautiful place looks very peaceful . Thank You
I live in Windjammer Village and it is one of the nicer mobile home parks in the area. If you are moving to the area, this is a nice park to come to first. Then you can upgrade later to a nicer, more expensive place later. The only downside is that management doesnt offer any neighborhood activities at the Club House. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to just about everything, restaurants, beach, fishing piers etc.
