Our experience at Windish was awesome we were not there but 3 minutes and Rob Ryan walked up to us with a smile on his face asking us how we were first thing which made us feel good because he wasn't a pushy sales man trying to make a sale. Most reviews are true. They are very nice and helpful UNTIL you drive your RV off the lot. Then they could care less. When we were trying to finish our sale and would call, we would be greeted with an exasperated and annoyed greet desk. “Ugh. How am I supposed to know who called you??”. I called service with an issue after our first outing and was very rudely told to YouTube the solution because they “didn’t have time”. Do not go here to buy anything ! I was trying to get out of a abusive relationship which I explained to the employee! I bought a rv from Christian for 10,500 dollars ! Set out with two other females and three children Made it a hour away and started overheating, the serpentine belt broke and stranded me on the side of the highway!!!! They knew something was wrong with the pulleys because I found an extra belt in the storage compartment!!!!! I only drive this thing for an hour ! He said it was in great condition! We bought a new 2019 Keystone Passport from Windish, 3/2019. In 7/2019 we were returning from a trip when the spare tire on the back became unsecured and flew off. Reporting it immediately to Windish, they told us it would need to be in their service center to repair-and this year/make/model had a recall for missing a secure bracket to hold the spare on. We never received a recall notice from they or Keystone. In lieu of missing out on the camping season, we requested the spare tire to place in our pickup and returned in Oct... read more
Everything about our Windish experience was poor. From the salesman Travis, to the service team, it has been one problem after another. Somehow we went through the entire sales process without hearing the voice of our salesman once. We purchased our trailer in May and before signing the papers we did a walk through. The table was broken, not anchored to the wall. The sales manager promised it would be fixed before we picked it up. I went to Windish in hopes of having a good experience. Receptionist seemed super nice as well as all the salespeople I came in contact with . Then meet our sales person Travis and things went south real fast. I felt rushed and he legitimately made me feel I was wasting his time .We looked on our own and when I called him to make a deal and ask on prices he was too busy and wanted me to ask him questions over the phone !! Not impressed. Sales person was extremely rude and didnt even attempt to make a deal happen. Used the phrase "it is what it is" when showing us the one only deal he was willing to offer.
RecommendedThis place has been Excellent since day one for us. We purchased a new Keystone Raptor in October ‘19. Our Salesman & Finance manager made sure it was a smooth purchase for us. We have had a few minor issues recently with the new trailer(as expected) but the Service Department has been awesome and made sure everything was dialed in for us. A Huge thanks to Jerry in Service who has been a ton of help! Best RV Dealership in CO !!
The service folks here have treated us extremely well even though we didn't purchase our trailer from them. They went the extra distance to solve our warranty issues. We don't go to any other place for service!!!!
