Victoria and Caroline both receptionist should not be in customer service. Very unpleasant to talk with. In winding walk I pay 2 HOA fees and I can’t get an email response or call back. Been like this for years.
I have lived in Windingwalk for 16 years and the management has progressively worsened. The last 4 years the Prescott HOA management has been unavailable via email and rarely returns calls. The manager was Robert Kelly, who has responded to my numerous emails only once. Well, as of January 2025 the same manager that doesn't respond to emails or phone calls is solely in charge of the Windingwalk Association management now with his own company.
