Upon walk through, greeting and initial experience, winding creek was great - but once the special day arrived, the customer service and the way we felt like we were an inconvenience was such a bummer. Amenities and packages were communicated differently when we first toured vs the actual wedding day. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I got married 9/5/25 and cannot think of a better place to have it! Natalie was extremely knowledgeable, kind and communicative. The process was so smooth and the venue is absolutely beautiful! From the first viewing, to rehearsal, to the big day - Natalie communicated through it all. I highly recommend winding creek!
This is the ONE! Your search for a venue in Blount County is over! Location, value, friendly and professional staff, A/C Hall, pond, tree, bridge, sunset shots, bridal suite...and more! This place has it all! Natalie and her staff are very accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you for hosting our wedding and providing the perfect location for our special day!
Literally can't recommend this place enough! Natalie is such a joy to work with and is helpful, informative, and goes out of her way for clients from day one. The venue is gorgeous and on our first visit we knew this was where we wanted to have our reception. They let us use the venue for engagement photos and we visited numerous times between the time we booked the venue and our wedding day without any issues. Highly recommend Winding Creek! The venue is beautiful. The staff there are so kind and so helpful. The communication throughout wedding planning was so helpful. We never had to wait for my questions to be answered. The staff was super understanding of what we wanted on our wedding day and they helped make our big day so perfect. Highly recommend!
