This neighborhood has really turned out to be disappointing to say the least. We bought back in fall of 2023 and were told the amenities center would be completed by the following spring. We were also told when we purchased that the HOA fees would be $90 per month… accounting for the fancy amenities center that was coming. Once the purchase was made they then bumped up the HOA fees to $100 per month… $300 per quarter… with no amenities to show for it.
