When we bought this house we were told our amenities center would be done by June. It’s been almost a year….this is insane. We are STILL being charged full HOA dues. Do not buy a house here until they complete this project and live up to their empty promises.
Wow! In my opinion, I’m surprised by the number of reviews Winding Creek has considering the amount of people who live here right now! I am also SHOCKED at the 4.9 rating this development has received. EDIT TO ADDRESS RESPONSE: They are in fact NOT working diligently to address all concerns and most of the other reviews are fake, there are not even 277 residents here yet! They deny/delay claims and take HOA money without providing anything. Most residents are beyond frustrated and discussing legal action. DO NOT BUY HERE. Lies about the amenity center timeline to get the sale, the date of opening has moved multiple times while we’re still expected to pay the $100 a month HOA fee. Think twice about moving here. They are telling potential residents what they think you want to hear in order to move here. All of these reviews are not from homeowners nor are they about the community or homes. Residents were told 4 or 5 different dates as to when the amenity center would be built. We are now being told September of 2025 which is almost two years after some Of us purchased. And a year and a 1/2 after the first date of completion was told to us.
