I live next door and noticed a bunch of water pouring down our driveway. I went in to speak with office staff and they grabbed the maintenance guy who must have been in a meeting with someone. He was rude and dismissive even waving his hand out to me to leave because it was likely just a sprinkler. I didn't see any other sprinkler heads going off, and I was trying to be a good neighbor. Now, I wouldn't call anyone if they're buildings were on fire. Rent at your own risk! Your maintenance request will probably be ignored.

Very friendly staff
The office management is a scam. My husband and I lived here in 2021 in APARTMENT 522. When we moved out, everything was in great condition and I cleaned the carpets myself. When we contacted the office to schedule a walk through, they were too busy trying to leave since it was a Saturday and said they would not need to do the walk through and that we were good to go.
