I am extremely dissatisfied with BH Management at Windingbrook. We lived at Windingbrook for 1 year. In that time I can honestly say it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever faced while paying $2399 a month for a home. After BH management took over mid lease what should have been a straightforward maintenance request escalated very unnecessarily, and instead of receiving real help, my family and I were retaliated against for asking for assistance with a severe scorpion infestation that lasted more than six months and o... read more

I would be very cautious about renting here. Things took a serious turn for the worse after the property switched management and maintenance teams a few months ago—response times dropped, and tenant concerns don’t seem to matter anymore. Also, take the positive reviews with a grain of salt. They offer entry into a prize drawing in exchange for leaving a review, which makes it hard to trust the feedback as genuine. My wife and I officially moved into our new home with Winding Brook. I am just so AMAZED by the staff here. They are more like Family then staff here. Misty setup where we can move in a few days earlier than planned. Julie brought us doughnuts and drinks first day we moved in and Oscar is just amazing helping me move things in to my new home. First day feels like this is a family and community my wife and I were looking for. ALL AROUND AMAZING! THANK YOU MISTY, JULIE AND OSCAR.
