We recently bought our first home, and though we tried to be thorough, some issues arose. The kitchen windowsill was improperly installed, creating gaps that allow bugs inside. Our main concern is with the lawn; we realized too late that the grass was laid without soil preparation. Despite our efforts, the lawn struggles due to this oversight. This was my first time buying a new construction home and my partner's 3rd. We were both very impressed with the quality and service. Our sales guy, Andrew, and construction manager, Ed, were both amazing. Would recommend to family and friends!
Our construction manager (Ed) was great, and he made sure to keep open communication with us on repairs before and after the closing day of our house.
