Lived here two months and have had the water shut off by the condominium twice without notice. I know for a fact that they have my address, phone number, and email on file because I had to fill a community census. I also know that contractors have to give property management a prior notice to plumbing work because the entire building needs to be shut off to fix one unit. Son muy delicados no dan estiquer si no está registrado el carro con la dirección de ahí hay que aser muchas vueltas secretaria no hay visitores los pacios huelen mal
Very ghetto, bad neighborhood. Roach infested and want 1500+ plus for rent and extra fees. 250$ for parking passes. 2 buildings have caught on fire and haven’t rebuilt and that’s why they are charging more.. not a nice apartment at all, small.
