Windhaven office clerks told everyone about new stickers for cars, posted signs on the front of the doors too. Now go in to get the new stickers and was told to park in the building number spot and nothing was ever stated about purple stickers having to park in a different area, it was said that if you’re building 3 park in spots labeled as such. We currently still live here in this place . Office management here give people a hard time . Is a goodplace for my kids but they doing a business for towing people cars . Active on towing cars but dont active to give a notice that the parking sticker is already available . We called so many times to make sure the sticker is available for purchase and they told us not until feb 15 . But now feb 9 they tow 17cars without a notice including of our 3 cars . Lived here two months and have had the water shut off by the condominium twice without notice. I know for a fact that they have my address, phone number, and email on file because I had to fill a community census. I also know that contractors have to give property management a prior notice to plumbing work because the entire building needs to be shut off to fix one unit.
