I was referred to Windham Urology by the Day Kimball ER for kidney stones. I called twice and both times was told by the receptionist to leave a message and they would call me back. I never received a return phone call.
Terrible experience! Do not waste your time trying to get an appointment with them cause it will probably not happen. I went to them back in the end of Summer of last year and called them the beginning of this year because my problems came back and they had no record of me in their system. I had to get a new referral sent over even though my insurance doesn't require I have a referral for a specialist.Then a week goes by and I don't get a call from them so I call and don't get to speak to an actual person, I just left a voic... read more
