If I could give this office zero stars, I would. My husband waited over an hour to be seen. Improper scheduling and times when doc is not even there yet. Just wrong. A patients time is just as important.

In 2016 when my primary care provided I was refered to this practice. I saw the PA and he is the worst excuse for a medical provider I have every had the displeasure of meeting. Because I am a patient that recieved pain medication for my chronic condition , this provider was apathetic, dismissive and lacks the proper education to treat pain patients which begs the question why is it at a clinic who was referred pain patients. Very good customer service, hospitable nurses aides...
The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Hit or miss customer service, most of the time I get the impression that I'm bothering them, or its an inconvenience for them to do anything. Multiple rescheduled appointments and when I've actually had an appointment their always about 40 minutes behind schedule. Save your sanity, go elsewhere.
