Dr Goodrich is excellent and incredibly thorough with her patients. My one star is for the management of the office and women that run the desk. Incredibly rude and treat patients waiting with contempt. It’s a shame Dr Goodrich has these women running things.
I found the doctors to be very caring and they actually listened to my concerns. The staff were all very nice. It's was a very welcoming office.
Called to make a appointment during business hours, recording came on that office is open to please leave a message and we will call you right back.That was a week ago still waiting. Do yourself a favor and go to the Catskills well care excellent service!
I just started going to this practice. The Christine is a great and very knowledgeable DR. She listens to u. She doesn't rush u out of the office. And very compassionate. She's very nice and kind. Does not have a chip on her shoulder.
