I am beyond disgusted by the treatment my 80-year-old wheelchair-bound family member received from this office. She was refused care by Dr Goodrich for arriving 15 minutes late, despite the staff fully knowing how difficult transportation and mobility are for this elderly disabled patient. To make matters worse, she had an active infection and still was turned away. The lack of compassion and humanity shown was shocking. Dr. Goodrich is an exceptional general physician. She is calm, attentive, and truly listens, making every visit feel thoughtful and unrushed. She explains things clearly and creates an environment of trust and comfort. I always feel well cared for and confident in her guidance
