Today I had Pulmonary Function Testing at Windham Hospital. It was challenging to complete considering the compromised condition of my lungs. Kristen, the professional who performed the testing, was so pleasant and helpful, and turned this into a positive experience. Thank you, Kristen.
Today is Monday August 24th 5:00p.m. The man if you can call him that at the emergency room front desk. Is completely ignorant, rude, abrasive and a disrespectful person. He treated my 72 yr old mother with an ignorant raised voice. He completely is a disgrace to Windham Hospital. He shouldn’t be working anywhere never mind at the emergency room. Long story short: Genuinely horrible experience, staff is passive aggressive, if they say they take your insurance they, in fact, do not.
I was in the emergency room. I asked the nurse for a drink of water and she was angry. Psych department is very unprofessional. Discharge papers referred me to Dr Hira Jain who is long since retired. Psych nurse talked down to me, did not review my list of meds while she was belligerent to me, the patient. I had to call a lawyer so as not to be locked up by very unprofessional staff.
