They try to evict people that paid one day late, charge court costs, and even after you have paid...they still take you to court. Also, all this during a eviction moratorium! The manager can break the rules but everyone else gets a letter. Rent and lot rent goes up every year. Then they add fees to pay your rent! Told me it’s not safe for my daughter to walk on the sidewalk due to cars, possibly swerving However, there are kids on dirt bikes riding through the roads daily. They are after money! Whatever they can charge you for they will. I’ve been charged four times for a forced mow When I have somebody come mow my yard every week just realize this It has been a trend for the past few months Keep your receipts!
