Lot rent getting raised again
I am just not a fan. I think they are scammers, and they raise everybody's prices on lot rent yearly which forces many people to lose their home. I would run far away from this place before you think of buying a mobile home from here. For the price you pay here, you can own an actual home and not be paying lot rent that is twice the amount of your mortgage .
Used to be my happy place now it’s the darkest place on earth I made a home and family here just to have it ripped from me by a homeless man I gusss time to rebuild
