Friendly staff! I had a great first visit.
This practice overcharges by at least 20 percent over other dentists in the area. Believe me, I took the time to shop around. Also, if you have a dental emergency, you are out of luck, as they think nothing of making you wait a week to get an appointment regardless of your pain. I was told to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen for my broken tooth. I was told that all of the patients Dr. Kim had scheduled for an entire week, were urgent and could not be rescheduled. Really? Not happy with this practice. Canceled a couple of cleaning appointments, after sending me a confirmation text the day before, they canceled the day of the appointment. They said they didn't have a hygienist. I saw a different hygienist at every appointment. I had the same hygienist when Dr Elston ran this office.☹️
Highly recommend! After calling around to find a dentist where both my daughter and I could become patients, I found Windham Dentistry—and I’m so glad I did. The entire process was seamless. Our appointment was booked quickly, we arrived and were seen immediately, and the doctor took the time to thoroughly set up our treatment plan. Everyone was absolutely wonderful.
