Well I posted and something happened,anyway I went when it first opened very disappointing as the dentist was snapping my teeth off and they were hitting the wall. I had said I needed meds and they were not called in so he did it anyways I got very sick and ended in hospital for a week with my heart from no meds . He "the Doctor" had to show the nurse what he wanted for tools she had a hard time I need to get more work done but I can't even convince myself to make an other appointment. ALOT DONT TAKE MEDICARE,!
Dr. Henriquez and the whole staff are extremely professional, kind, and helpful. I had quite a lot of work done and they were amazing each time.
I am beyond impress with the staff here!! I have been treated so well by all. I can not thank dr Chan and all the ladies (sorry I forgot their names) that worked on my teeth the last couple appts. I’ve never had a dentist take his time and be so caring w my overall needs/health. He literally gave me an entire exam checking to make sure there was no oral cancer. Took his time doing my extraction cleaning the poison out and then today fixing my two front teeth that were starting to decay. I can not express how thankful I am an... read more
I am so impressed with how amazing the staff is. The dental assistants are absolutely the best I've ever had. They are so sweet and kind. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome everytime I go. The dentist is so gentle and honestly the best dentist ever!!!!! Honestly, they deserve a bonus or raise because they are amazing!
Had an appointment set, and had a terrible infection .. they were out of a dentist for at least 2 months, there is no consistency at this practice what so ever. The front desk woman made me feel very small, as she would keep asking me “do you fallow, do you understand? Like I was disabled. I had one of THE WORST experiences ever in my 25 years of life at a oral practice. I’m very upset and shaken up with how unprofessional the staff was being.
