A saw negative reviews of Windham Cardiology and wanted to share my experience. My husband is a patient and everyone from the front desk person, to the nurse, to the PA to the Doc himself have been incredibly nice to us. I know it's a busy office, but they always make time for our questions and show kindness and concern.I'm very grateful to have them.
They are extremely slow here and disorganized 8/10 times. Easily wisting 30-60+ minutes for your appointment. Unsure how this is Hartford healthcare but they don't seem to have notes from other hhc providers. If you are lucky you will get friendly workers if not you will get rude dismissive ones. It's really unfortunate.
Most unprofessional phone conversation I ever had with cardiologist office. M.A. was patronizing and pre-judging my intent to see the Doctor. Unbelievable.

So far, so good.United Health Care has covered everything and Quest and Mychartplus provide results quickly. It is up to me to keep taking the meds and keep trying to lose weight.
