I had my solar system installed by WindFree Solar about two years ago. In May, seven of my fifteen panels stopped functioning, but the SolarEdge app didn’t alert me to the issue; I only discovered it through manual monitoring. Once I contacted WindFree Solar, they quickly performed remote diagnostics and explained the inspection process, including any potential costs. Cynthia, the assigned technician, was excellent. Everything seems to take longer than it should, but that seems to be due to external factors- suppliers, city inspectors-rather than Windfree. Employees have always returned my calls and been friendly and professional when working at my house.
