Had an engagement ring done by these guys a few months ago. Communication was great all the way through, was kept up to date with the process as well as all the different options. Finished product was amazing and my fiancée was very pleased.
Sarah is absolutely fantastic! She fit me in for a quick appointment and was super helpful. Generally the exception, not the norm but she was able to help me secure a band that serves my purposes and looks slick! Definitely check this company out! Went above and beyond. Their customer service is fantastic!
The team are windfall created my engagement ring which is a bespoke design. I still get comments on it to this day. Windfall also made our wedding bands. Sarah was a terrific consultant who designed unique pieces that reflected our personalities. We cannot thank her enough. Erin & Ben <3
