Unfortunately, our experience with this community has been disappointing, both in the winter with street maintenance and in the summer with the condition of the pools. We moved into a townhouse here a couple of years ago, and winters have been nothing short of a nightmare. Location, location, location. Spectacular homes of great distinction nestled at the base of Blue Mountain. Quality and customer service second to none.
This is such a beautiful community in terms of both the homes and the area. As an outdoor enthusiast passionate about skiing and hiking, I absolutely love all the lifestyle activities living at Windfall offers.
We really liked the location and the layout of the project. We went to look specifically at a home that is currently being built and for sale by the builder. Unfortunately we didn’t like the curb appeal and the lot wasn’t very deep at all.
We recently had the displeasure of purchasing a single detached home in Phase 5 with this builder whose craftsmanship fell significantly short of our expectations. The latest build exhibited numerous construction and finishing flaws, spanning from cosmetic imperfections to more concerning structural issues. In fact, one significant flaw even necessitated engineering consultation to address.
