Such a GREAT shop! I was able to handle all communications and payments from the San Antonio, TX area. My truck was located about 30 mins away and not running. Tommy was extremely helpful in getting the truck to their shop. Despite a small delay ( things happen right? ) I can highly recommend them. Fair, honest, affordable. My 2002 Silverado is up and running great!
I'm quite sad that I have to change my rating of this shop. When it was Winder's I never had a single problem, but my first visit here as Cross was such a nightmare that I just don't have the heart to leave a 5-star review that might mislead others. TL;DR: Bait-and-switch pricing, contradictory explanations, attempted upselling of questionable repairs, misinformation about the repair process, denial of who provided my original quote, and failure to recommend standard maintenance. The staff is great. Ferg, Tommy, and Robert were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They figured out my issue and had it repaired in no time. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work.
