The doorman are racist and unhelpful, they made many unreasonable rules to make your life harder. They throw my package which more than 100$ liquids and tell me “it has fire hazard and you can try to find it in the garbage room”. After that the doorman block my phone number and prevent my uber eats delivery. I do think the young white doorman hold very different attitude to different races, and very rude to Asians. I really wanted to leave positive reviews but for this building I can’t. 1. The front desk are the rudest people you will ever met. One or two are good but it’s funny that even for these two people I heard words from residents that they are not helpful. 2. For some units, I don’t think you will be able to get rid of the bugs/roaches. They will NOT leave. A neighbor also reported she had clothes moth. Pest control they had does not help.
