I will never forgive this place for the injury and eventual death of our dachshund. We were very, very clear not to put him in an upper kennel during boarding due to his jumpiness. We received a call while out of town that something had gone wrong. When we got back they informed us that an incident had occurred, and that he was in bad shape.
