Terrible service! We booked an appointment, arrived early, and still had to wait. They wouldn't start doing anything until we paid. You cannot pay with your phone - only by real card. They charged over $500 for two injections, 2 pills, and examination… No blood work, no X-ray or Ultrasound. Is it okay for USA? I’m from Europe and I’m shocked
I have been taking all my dogs here since I moved in 2022. Dr. Q and the staff always prioritize pets and their comfort and make sure I am informed of options. I feel my pets are always in the best care and that no matter the emergency, they will take care of us.
I will never forgive this place for the injury and eventual death of our dachshund. We were very, very clear not to put him in an upper kennel during boarding due to his jumpiness. We received a call while out of town that something had gone wrong. When we got back they informed us that an incident had occurred, and that he was in bad shape. For me, choosing who will care for my animals is not an easy decision. But WVS was helpful from the start. They welcomed my questions, and I am grateful to the team at WVS for their support during my recent transition from my longtime veterinarian.
