Beware, this property management company will tell you whatever you need to hear to get you into a contract. We rented a very high end costing upwards of 10k and weren't able to use a lot of the amenities we had discussed that were important to our needs.
I needed an ADA unit and the one I booked looked like it was right, ground floor, single story and NO mention of steps in the description or the pictures. There are STEEP stairs to the unit and an immediate phone call to them they told me there were NO units that didn't have any stairs, too bad, so sorry...I asked for a phone call from a supervisor...twice...no phone call back. Reservation at Grandview on the Lake. Well, I do not like having to go this far but this is my first review of many I will be making on this place. The customer service is trash and the employees could care less about their guests. With the recent fires all of our outdoor activities in the area were canceled. Why would we come to a place that we can not enjoy because of the air pollution? The employees stated that regardless of this there is nothing they can do and that there would be no refunds. Fantastic location. Beautiful views. Easy walk to downtown. Condo was well equipped, comfortable, clean, nicely furnished. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.
