The response time was immediate, the price was right and the service was second to none. I've never had an experience like this with a repair shop. The owner, Michael gave me a quick quote for wheel alignment and a brake job. When he found out the pads and rotors were significantly more expensive(for my specific vehicle model) than what he quoted, he ate the cost and wouldn't even let me pay for part of it. He even sent a shuttle to pick my family up when our vehicle was ready.
