They are so rude, they dont have child appointment. They should have after school appointment for children and they are not consistent
Worse doctors in the world. The receptionist are even worse apart from one. Karen cant do her job, she does the opposite you ask her to do. Dosent know what to do. Even when you speak to mandy the manager she shouts at you. And even sticks up for karen even when she doesnt do her job properly. Their bo regular doctors they are different all the time, so u cant build up a relationship with them. You have go through your history again and again. I seriously wouldnt recommend this.doctors
Very unfriendly and not nice ladies at the reception. I have a confirmation of the appointment booked with the doctor on the card. When I arrive, the unpleasant lady tells me that I should call on Monday morning to make another appointment. because there is no visit from me. no one cares about my ailments, she didn't even bother to ask what I came for, only if I had a problem, I went to the manager.
