Horrible and unethical experience with Windermere. Clint Roberts and Brad Tschida were the listing agents of a house we bought. A coonhound breeding and kennel operation backs up to the home. The owner currently has six coonhounds as pets that run to our property line where they bark and howl as well as when confined to their kennels. This material adverse fact and noise nuisance was not disclosed to us.
